Diversity is arguably a critical element for any given community to be able to tap into collective intelligence.  The mixing of cultures is a means for developing understandings which have a wider applications as well as increasing the stores of knowledge which can be drawn upon in approaching problems.  Given this perspective, what socio-economic groups are missing from medical practice ?
